Chroma Drop Privacy Policy
Effective date: 20 July 2026
Chroma Drop is a mobile puzzle game published by Restless Works. It does not require an account.
Information stored by Chroma Drop
The game stores progress and preferences locally on the device, including:
- current and completed levels;
- star ratings and best move counts;
- coins, rewards and unlocked colour palettes;
- tutorial state; and
- sound, music, visual-effects, game-mode and accessibility settings.
This local information is used to operate the game. Chroma Drop does not currently provide cloud save or a separate analytics service.
Advertising and consent
Chroma Drop uses Google AdMob to provide interstitial and optional rewarded advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as the device's IP address, advertising or device identifiers, device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostic information. This information may be used to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and operate the advertising service.
Where required, Chroma Drop uses Google's User Messaging Platform before requesting ads. Privacy choices can be reviewed from the Ad Privacy Options control inside the game. If consent is not available or an ad cannot be loaded, the core game remains playable.
You can learn more about Google's privacy practices here:
Feedback and support
The Send Test Feedback control opens the device's email application. Nothing is sent unless the player chooses to send the message. A feedback email may include the sender's email address, their message, and prefilled app version, platform, device model, locale, game mode and level so that Restless Works can investigate the report.
Support messages are used to answer the request and diagnose the reported issue.
Children
Chroma Drop is a general-audience casual puzzle game and is not specifically directed at children. The Google consent request is not tagged as being for a user under the age of consent. The Play Console target-audience declaration and advertising settings must remain consistent with this position.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains on the device until the player uses Reset Progress, clears the app's storage or uninstalls the app. Third-party advertising data is handled according to Google's policies and the choices made through the consent flow.
Players can request deletion of information contained in a support conversation by contacting Restless Works at the address below.
Security and changes
Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by Chroma Drop. This policy may be updated when the game's features or third-party services change. The effective date above will be updated when a revised policy is published.
